“Accept what life offers you and try to drink from every cup. All wines should be tasted; some should only be sipped, but with others, drink the whole bottle.” Paulo Coelho (Brida) It would be mistreated fact that wine is just another type of liquor because according to Paulo wine has different types. Wine is one of the oldest things in the world. Its history takes us back to the Neolithic Period. So wine has always been a part of our lives throughout the history. What exactly comes in our mind when we think of the word ‘wine’? Wine is generally speaking an alcoholic drink made by the fermentation of fruits generally gapes. The diverse world of variety among wines could be explained by the different components which are used in the manufacture of wine. Before discussing any further details of wine, its impact on the society and types, we first move towards the process of wine making. Wine is made by the fermentation of grapes. It is an alcoholic beverage which is a result of yeast fermentation. The first and most obvious step for wine production is the collection of the raw material. After the picking of ripped grapes, these are sent to different wineries for the production of different type of wines. Here in the wineries these grapes and fruits are crushed and ground to a finer form and then these are sent for fermentation. The process of fermentation is done by using different fermenters. After the wine is being fermented and finally finished, it is left there for aging because the older it is the better it tastes. Wine makers decide how to age the wine as aging significantly affects the taste of wine. Wineries have different compartments and sections for different steps and process required to carry out the production of wine.
