How to share OneDrive file or folder on Windows 10?

You can share a file or folder stored on your cloud based One-Drive storage.

To do this,

1. Go to your OneDrive folder on your file explorer. You may have to link your OneDrive to your device if not already linked.

2. Right-click the folder or file to share and click Share

3 From the first box, click the arrow on the right;
a) To allow edit, put a check mark on Allow Editing. Don't put a check mark if you want give read access only.
b) Set an expire date to limit how long to share the content (optional)
c) Set a password to put more protection on the share (optional)
d) Click Apply

4. Type the email addresses of the people to share the file with and optional message

5. Click send when complete. Your recipient(s) will get an email with link to access the files.
