Prawns with coconut cream

Serves: 4 30 minutes to make Cooking level: easy Ingredients . 400 grams prawns (large) . 12 onion nicely sliced . 4 tablespoon cooking oil or olive oil . 4 piece green chili . 4 piece garlic cloves . 6 piece cloves . 1 teaspoon ginger paste . 12 teaspoon turmeric powder . 4 piece cardamom . 1 cinnamon stick . 12 teaspoon red chili powder . 12 teaspoon garam masala or hot spices powder . 2 teaspoon salt, as per taste . 1 tablespoon clarified butter . 1 cup coconut creammilk . 5-6 coriander leaves (for garnishing) Method 1. First clean the prawns and marinate them with 14 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 12 teaspoon of salt. 2. Now take Garlic, onion and ginger in a mixer to make a paste of them. 3. Take a pan and heat oil into it and fry the prawns until it turns into golden brown and keep them a aside in a bowl. 4. Now add Cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves to the oil. 5. And add the paste of ginger, onion and garlic and fry it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Now add remaining turmeric powder, salt, hot spices powder and chili powder into it and cook them for 1-2 minute. 6. Now add coconut cream and 12 cup of water and bring it to boil. 7. Now cut the green chili and add it to the gravy along with the fried prawns. 8. Allow it to cook for 6-7 minutes and garnish them with coriander leaves before serving.
