Marinated Greek Chicken Kababs

You need to marinate these yummy, delicious chicken kababs for 3 hours. It will take 30 minutes for prep and 15 minutes to cook and it will be ready in 3 hour 45 minutes. You can serve 4 people and this mouthwatering dish contains 243 calories. Process and ingredients are listed below.


. 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch pieces

. 1 container fat free plain yogurt

. 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 12 inch pieces

. 13 cup crumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.

. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

. 2 teaspoons dried oregano

. 14 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary

. 12 teaspoon salt

. 1 large red onion, cut into wedges

. 12 teaspoon lemon zest

. 14 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. First preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

  2. Take a large shallow baking dish and mix the feta cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, oregano and pepper. Now place the chicken in the dish and turn to coat. Now cover and marinate for 3 hours long in the refrigerator.

  3. Thread the chicken, green bell pepper and onion wedges pieces alternately onto skewers and discard remaining yogurt mixture.

  4. Now grill skewers on the prepared grill until the chicken is no longer pink and juice run clear and serve this mouthwatering dish with your favorite dip.
