In these daysí people goes to expensive spa and salons to brighten and keep their skin healthy. But you can also get better skin at home by using milk. Milk baths is not a new method or idea. People have been applying or taking this healthy bath for centuries. It replenishes and hydrates the skin, leaving it shining, glowing and effulgent. So just skip the bowl of cereal and letís get beautifying. Close the bathtubs drain and take a milk bath with hot water. Add 1-3 gallons of milk to your tub and take 15-20 minutes bath. If you make a routine of taking milk bath everyday for a week, you will get a shining and radiant skin. Donít forget to take the regular water shower after you get up from the tub. After all, you want naturally glowing skin, not a skin clingy milk creams. For your face you can make a purifying mask to freshen up your skin. To make this what you need is, first of all milk Ė couple of tablespoon, baking soda, lemon juice and honey. You can also add a piece of vitamin E tablet for additional purification of your skin. Now you can apply this mixture to your face and after applying let it stiffen for 10-15 minutes. Then use warm water to clean your face. Your skin will feel refresh and smooth. You can also make an exfoliating scrub. Take 3 tablespoons of oatmeal and 1 cup milk then mix them. Now you can use this mixture to your skin, gently rubbing in it. Then use warm water to clean your face. If you want to store it you can use powdered milk and store it in your refrigerator. If you have dark patches in your face then you should use lemon juice in it. Donít forget to use cotton ball on that dark patches. Take a cup and add milk and lemon juice then take a cotton ball and soak it and apply it to the affected area. Let it dry and then wash it. Now you know milk is not only a healthy powerful drink for our internal body, it can be fruitful for our skin too.
