Shawarma is an Arabian bread roll stuffed with various meats, which can include lamb, chicken, beef, turkey arts and also various other ingredients to support the filling of the bread. This article will show you the process of chicken Shawarma. Ingredients for Dough: . Flour 3 cup . East 3 tea spoon . 12 (half) cup warm water . Egg 1 piece . Full cream milk 1 table spoon . Salt 14 or as per taste . Sugar 12 (half) tea spoon . Oil 2 table spoon . Take warm water as per need for making dough and put it in a warm place for 20-25 minute. Ingredients for Filling: . Chicken 12 (half) kg . Grated onion 6 piece . Yogurt 1 table spoon . Soya sauce 2 table spoon . Tomato sauce 3 table spoon . Salt as per wish . Chili powder . Oregano a pinch . Hot curry powder 12 (half) tea spoon . Ginger mash 1 table spoon . Garlic mash 1 table spoon First you need to marinade the chicken with yogurt, soya sauce and tomato sauce and keep it in the freezer for half an hour. Now hit some oil into a pan, then add onion. When the onions turns brown, add mashed ginger, mashed garlic and cook for sometime. Then add hot curry powder, chili powder, salt, a pinch of oregano. At last add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns brown. Ingredients for Salad: . Grated carrot 3 piece . Grated cucumber 2 piece . Tomato sauce 3 table spoon . Mayonnaise 2 table spoon. Now mix them all into a bowl. Method: 1. Take small piece of dough, and after giving it a bread shape cook it in a pan. 2. Now take the filling and salad and stuff it into the bread and make roll. 3. Wrap it with foil paper. 4. Serve it with your favorite dip
