- Take a large pot and place cabbage, carrots, celery, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and green beans into it.
- Now add beef broth, onion soup mix and tomato juice and enough water to cover vegetables.
- Cook in low heat until vegetables are tender. And serve hot.
