Pan Seared Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

. 4 fillets salmon

. 4 slices lemon

. 2 tablespoons olive oil

. 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

. 2 tablespoons capers

. 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes long.

  2. Now splodge the salmon with olive oil and place in skillet, and increase the heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle with pepper, capers, and salt. Turn the salmon over and cook for 5 minutes more or until browned.

  4. Now transfer salmon to plates and garnish with lemon slices.


You can serve this delicious, savory to 4 people.
