how to cook chicken with garlic and rosemary

It will take 20 minute to prep and 1 hour to cook. In 1hour and 20 minutes your meal is ready. Serving for 4 people Ingredients . 4 Cornish chickens . 4 springs fresh rosemary, for garnish . 4 springs fresh rosemary for cooking . 24 cloves garlic . 13 white wine . Salt and pepper as per taste . 3 tablespoon olive oil . 13 cup low-sodium chicken broth . 1 lemon, quartered Method 1. Take a big roasting pan; put your chickens in the pan. Now take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and rub that in your chickens. 2. Now season your chickens with pepper and salt. Now take 1 spring rosemary and 1 lemon wedge in depth of each hen. 3. Now in your roasting pan add garlic cloves around chickens. 4. Preheat your oven in 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes. After preheated place the roasting pan into the oven and cook the chickens for 25 minutes. 5. Now reduce the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Wine, chicken broth and mix them well. 6. Now pour this mixture into your roasted chickens and again cook them for 25 minutes or until the chickens cooked properly. 7. Now put the cooked chickens into a foil paper to keep them warm. Now take a pan and pour the juice left from the cooked chickens and garlic. Now cook them until the juice reduce about 6 minutes. 8. Now take a plate and cut the chickens into half. Add garlic around the chickens and garnish with rosemary springs and serve with your favorite dip.
