Thai cuisine is one of the riches and spiciest cuisine which are famous in almost all corner of the world. They are not only just rich of spices but also richer in variation, in terms of flavor and categories. Ingredients . Chicken stock 8 cup . Egg 1 . Oil 3 tablespoon . Finely chopped ginger 1/2 teaspoon . Finely chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon . Chili powder 1/2 teaspoon . Corn flour as thick you like . Tomato sauce . Green chilly strips . Soya sauce . Tasting salt . Lemon juice 2 tablespoon . Vinegar 2 tablespoon . Sugar as required . Salt as required . Chicken/ prawn/ both Method 1. Take a pan and add oil, salt, chickenprawn, garlic, ginger, chili powder, vinegar and cook till soft for 5-6 minute. 2. In the min time take 4 cup chicken stock and add an egg in it. Blend it well and add corn flour, Soya-sauce and leave aside. 3. Now take another saucepan, take the rest of the chicken stock and in boiling point add the cooked chickenprawn. 4. Stir till boiling and add testing salt, sugar, tomato sauce. 5. After some time when boiled again add the egg mix stock. Keep stirring. 6. Now add the green chilies, Thai leaves and lemon juice. 7. Pour down when you get required thickness and serve it with your chili vinegar sauce and other sauce you like.
