This step will help you to prevent acne and pimples. 3.The last step is nourishing the skin. Once you clean it and remove the impurities the last thing to do is applying some moisturizer, whether with a skin cream by some specialized brand or using a natural alternative, this step will help your skin to prevent dryness and the hated wrinkles. A natural option to nourishing your skin is a preparing a lettuce infusion and applying it with a cotton in soft movements. A Lettuce infusion not only helps with stress but also has great proteins and minerals that your skin needs and loose with the everyday daily. Following these few steps at least 4 times a week, can help you prevent a battered and dry skin, delaying the appearance of wrinkles and the age marks, just what every women wants.
