Windows Server 2008 Versions

Supports up to 8 CPUs and 64 GB of RAM in 32-bit systems or 2 TB of RAM in 64-bit systems.
Windows Server 2008 Datacenter Edition provides same fundabilities of Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition with additional hardware support and virtual image usage rights. Databacenter edution supports up to 32 CPUs and 64 GB of RAM in 32-bit systems or 64 CPUs and 2 TB of RAM in 64-bit systems.
Windows Server 2008 Web Edition is designed to be used as Web Server operating system. This Edition is ideal operating system for web-hosting organizations. Other network functionalities are not available in this edition of Windows Server 2008. It supports up to 4 CPUs and 4 GB of RAM in 32-bit systems or 4 CPUs and 32 GB of RAM in 64-bit systems.
