We can prevent flue just by taking care of our daily habits. We need to pay attention especially on hand hygiene and ofcourse drinking lot of water is the key to all disease prevention.
Salad should be in your meal
You should pay attention to balance your diet by having proper amount of nutrient groups like carbohydrate, protein and oil in your meal. You must keep salad in all three of your daily meal menu. Yogurt is also as important as salad for your inspiratory, intestine and immune system. So you should keep yogurt on your table too.
Be careful when you are shaking hands and kissing people because you can easily get infected through these. Better is to minimize the amount of these kinds of interactions with people outside.
Eat colorful food
Eat foods that have vitamin A, E and C in them. These vitamins protect your body from various diseases. Stay away from those food which doesn’t have any nutrient value like fast food, packaged food etc.
Wash your hands frequently
Wash you hand as soon as you come home and especially before meal. Wash your hand with soap and water for 20-30 seconds to stay safe from germs.
Take lot of healthy drinks
Avoid alcoholic and fizzy drinks and consume plenty of liquids that are healthy for your body. You can try yoghurt drink, fresh home made juice, tea and ofcourse milk.
Don’t stop exercise due to bad weather
