. 1 kiwi

. ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt

. 6 strawberries

. ¾ cup orange and pineapple juice blend

. 1 banana


  1. Take a blender and place pineapple, kiwi, banana, orange juice, strawberries, vanilla frozen yogurt and blend them until they smooth for about 5 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate the smoothie and serve cold with ice cubes.
