How to Make Tasty Weight loss Smoothie at Home

Who doesn’t want to be slim and look gorgeous? In these days we are getting so conscious about our daily meal routine and to be slim, we continuously skip our favorite meal due to a high portion of fat.  Smoothie is one of the tasty drinks in these days and as we know it contains lots of fat, so health-conscious people have to skip this delicious drink. But now no more skipping here’s a recipe for yummy weight loss smoothie which can blow your mind and give you a full pack of nutritions along with it.


. A handful of spinach

. Parsley

. Plain low-fat yogurt

. Ice cubes

. A green apple

. A cucumber

. Ground flaxseed

. A pineapple

. Measuring cups and spoons

. A knife

. A blender


  1. Take a blender and put ½ – 1 cup of plain yogurt into it.
  2. Then add a handful of spinach leaves.
  3. Now add ½ of pineapple chunks, chunks of a green apple and add ½ cucumber chopped into pieces.
  4. Add 1 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and few sprigs of parsley. Blend it for 1 minute and add ice cubes into it and blend again until the mixture is smooth.
