By default all offline files are automatically synchronized when the connection becomes available but instead of let the system decide the synchronization process. You alter able synchronization process using the Synchronization Manger.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click on Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Synchronize.
2. On the Login/logoff tab, choose if you want to synchronize at logon, logoff or both. Check the notification box if you need to be notify before synchronization.
3. Click on the Idle tab, you can choose to synchronize while your computer is idling.
