If you import pictures from Camera to Windows 7 computer using the Pictures & videos Import wizard, you are only allowed to do that once and
Windows 7 will come up with No new pictures or videos were found on this device message on the second attempt.
Deleting pictures from your computer and doing it all over again will not solve the problem.
To go around with this issue, rename the PreviouslyAcquired.db in the AppData folder of your windows user profile.
This file is located C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Photo Acquisition\PreviouslyAcquired.db.
The AppData is hidden folder by default so you will have to unhide it by going:
1) Start -> Control Panel
2) Double click folder options
3) Click the View tab and check off show hidden files, folder and drives
4) Browse to this file C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Photo Acquisition\PreviouslyAcquired.db and delete or rename
5) Import your pictures again using the import Pictures and Videos wizardPublisher: abdirahman isse
