how to overcome exam tension

Exam proved out to a subconscious word which freaks out some people and have it’s advert effect when they hear the word. Exams are not a big thing to worry about. All you have to do is to be calm and let your brain work. We all have to be better in this competitive world. Exams are just to be accessing your preparation. So just relax, it’s not the end of the world, if you do not face well into them.

Step 1
The most important thing is your preparation before the exam. Make sure you have prepared well and know the important topics well. Make good schedule and divide subjects into days. Always go through notes, on the day of exam after studying. Completely avoid last minute mugging and stress in. You should have a good sleep of eight hours the previous night. Be organized- make sure you have all the things necessary for exam, last minute searching can create stress and create panic which can be distrotu. Then comes the diet, before going to the exam, eat energy giving food and same time which are not too heavy for your stomach.

Step 2
Plan out once you get the question paper in your hand, make a quick rough plan, how you are going to invest your time for doing your best. Mark the question you know best and attempt them first. This increases your confidence further. Appreciate yourself for remembering the solution and answer; your brain will work better and never curse yourself if you forget or didn’t study anything,remember it’s too late now and your focus should be at the present moment.
Last step: Always give your last 15 minutes to check your answers and you will get surprised to see how many careless mistakes you make. Lastly, forget discussion about paper,as you may do over thinking about result and may not focus for your exam.
