When you look at some delicious mouth watering chicken balls what you feel like? Must be a feeling of obstinate haul for tasting those small savory chicken meats, Yummy!! But wait! Oh no these are so oily and heavy gonna make me a big fat bowl! Alas! I can’t have those whenever I want. Well now I am gonna show you a way of cooking that can kick your worries of getting fat away. Yeppy!!
500 gram chicken mince
1 small brown chopped onion
1\2 cup of corn flake crumbs
1\2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
6-8 grinds of pepper
1\4 of a teaspoon of onion powder
Now let’s get to cooking. It’s a simple recipe and everyone can try this at home. First take a bowl and simply throw 500 gram chicken mince on it. Give 1 small brown chopped onion and then half a cup of corn flake crumbs and half a cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese and 1 lightly beaten egg. Now mix these with a spoon or you can also use your hands to make it a very good mixture. Now take 6-8 grinds of pepper and 1\4 of a teaspoon of onion powder and then just mix these in. Make sure that it’s properly mixed up. Now get some sort of baking tray and put a baking paper on it or you can use plastic oven things and put on the tray so nothing sticks to it, so it’s great! Take the chicken mixer and roll it in a bowl, you can use your hands to shape them in whatever size you want! Now place it on the tray and preheat to 180 degree centigrade or 315 degree Fahrenheit and put them into oven and baked them for 30 minutes until it looks golden or sizzling. After 30 minutes it’s absolutely ready and then cool them down up to 5-10 minute and then serve it with your favorite deep.
Now why I am calling it healthy! Because these chicken balls are oven baked, rather than fried. Enough said let’s jump into it with chili sauce or your favorite deep.Publisher: Fadiyah Sameh
