how to make a mango graham dessert

Do you want to wow your party guests with a delectable dessert of your own creation, but don’t have the talents of a dessert expert? Don’t worry; you can still make an awesome dessert that’s not only easy but also won’t hurt your budget: the Mango Graham. This sweet (and quite nutritious dessert) is made up of just four simple ingredients and would only require to be left in the freezer for a few hours. Ready to make this dessert? Read on below:

What you’ll need:
1 kilo of ripe yellow mangoes
1 box or around 5 large packs of M.Y. San brand Graham crackers (you can use either the honey or chocolate flavor, depending on your preference)
1-2 cans of condensed milk
1-2 packs of cream (Nestle cream is advised)
1 pack of Crushed Grahams (optional)
A large container or tray

How to:

Step 1: Prepare your mangoes. After washing, make sure to cut the mangoes into multiple thin lengthwise pieces. The longer your mango piece, the better. It must cover your Graham crackers later.

Step 2: Prepare the “sauce”. In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk with the cream. Apply a two is to one ratio: two packs of cream for one can of condensed milk. Mix well.

Step 3: Lay some Graham crackers on the container/tray. The biscuits must cover the entire area of the tray.

Step 4: Cover the crackers with your mixed “sauce”. The entire area must be covered fully with this.

Step 5: Place some mango strips. There must be a mango present in every partition of the Graham cracker.

Step 6: Cover the mangoes with another layer of the “sauce”.

Step 7: Repeat process till you’ve stacked enough layers—reaching the top of your container.

Step 8: Use the Crushed Grahams to cover the last layer. Take note that the last layer must be the cream. If you haven’t bought Crushed Grahams, simply improvise by crushing the Graham crackers yourself and cover the last layer.
Step 9: Leave the container filled with your Mango Graham in the freezer. Two to four hours will do.

Step 10: Take the container out once all layers are hard enough (but not too hard that it’ll be difficult to cut).

Enjoy your quick and easy homemade dessert!
