So you want to lose weight but don’t have the time to go to the gym? Or maybe you’re too busy with work and your ever demanding schedule that you can’t even go for a jog? Or just plain lazy to move around?
Don’t worry; one can lose weight even with no exercise. Here’s a few things you could try in order to do just that.
1. “King, Prince and Beggar” eating habit.
Rather than starving youself through the painful method called “calorie counting”, try the “king, prince and beggar” eating technique instead.
Ever heard of the saying, “eat like a King at breakfast, like a prince at lunch and like a beggar during dinner”? It simply means that eat a lot during the day, and less during the night. If you’re going to lose weight without exercising, this is an effective eating habit to adapt.
Your breakfast must be a heavy meal, full of carbs and protein to get you through the day. It’s okay to eat like a king, to eat as much as you can handle, because you’re going to burn all those calories throughout the day anyway. By lunch, lessen your food intake by half or by a quarter–eat just enough to get you to dinner.
Eat like a beggar during dinner. Stick to oatmeal or cereals, with lots of fruit. Don’t eat anything heavy after 5 p.m. Usually, there’s not much activity during the night that will burn calories. All that’s left is to rest and sleep, so lessen your calorie intake at night.
2. Rid and replace
In order to have a more effective weight loss, rid your system of junkfood, sodas or softdrinks and sweets. Replace them with lots of fuits, especially those with fibre, natural juices and maybe some baked goods. Better to have cheese bread than chips for a snack. If you can’t erase this from your system completly, then keep it to a minimum. The less of these junk in your system, the faster you lose weight.
3. Drink lots of water.
Drinking lots of fluid is very important to help you lose weight. Not only does it help you feel “full” a lot faster, it helps wash down toxins in your body. Everytime you feel the urge to have a bottle of softdrink, have a glass of water instead.Publisher: pauline c. tome
