Get up early and do some exercise:
If you want to be healthy, you should wake up early. Take fresh air of the morning and then go for a run. Running is the best exercise for whole body’s fitness. After coming back home you should do meditation or yoga for some time. It refreshes our mind and reduces stress.
Eat healthy food:
You food must contain all nutrients. Do not prefer only one kind of food for all meals. Include green vegetables, meat, seasonal fruits and some fresh beverages in your meal. This will make you stronger enough to fight from pollution and other environmental problems.
