Being rejected by someone you love most or you have crush on but at the end he\she refused you, doesn’t mean the end of your life. It is completely insensible to commit suicide for a relation that has not last. We should learn how to avoid suicide and be happy.
After rejection, if thoughts of self-harming or suicide get the better of you or mocks on your mind, try to find a way which can distract your mind. Do something that makes you happy. It will help you to distract your mind for a while. Remember you can face the same problem when you have nothing to do to spend your time.
We have to accept that suicide is in no way any solution. Most of the people face rejections at some point of their lives. Remember the relationships you have which are worth keeping – Parents, children’s, siblings, friends etc. All these people would feel destroyed if they loose you. In this situation you should consult with a doctor or Psychologists. Suicide is an indication that something deeper is wrong in your life.
If you are rejected by someone think of it as a learning experience. Maybe the person was a bad match for you. Rejection indicates that both of you were not right for each other. In this case you should forget about that person and focus on the worthwhile parts of your life.
Moving on can be difficult but go out and meet new people. They may offer surprising insights into your view of the world. You can talk to your friends or your parents, share your emotions, and ask them questions how they ever dealt with rejection in their life. It may help you if you are having suicide thoughts.
