Chicken Milano is a delicious chicken and pasta dish that takes about 30 minutes to cook and this recipe can be served to 4 people.

. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
. 1 tablespoon butter
. 8-ounce dry fettuccini pasta
. 1 cup chicken broth (divided)
. 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
. ½ cup sun-dried chopped tomatoes
. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
. 1 cup heavy cream
. 2 cloves minced garlic
. Pepper and salt to taste
- Take a large saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds on low heat. When the garlic looks brown add ¾ cup of the chicken broth and tomatoes and increase the heat to medium and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes or till the tomatoes looks tender. After that add the cream and bring to a boil and stir the mixture. Cook until it looks thick with medium heat.
- Take the chicken and sprinkle with pepper and salt on both sides. Take a large skillet, over medium heat warm the oil and sauté chicken. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes per side or until the meat cooks properly, no pink inside.
- In a skillet, over medium heat bring the rest of ¼ cup of chicken, broth to a boil. After that, add this broth juice to the cream sauce. Stir with fresh basil and add seasoning to taste.
