500 Grams ( 17.6 Ounces ) of chicken breast
1 Cup of plain flour
1 Cup of bread crumbs
1/3 of a cup of Corn Flakes crumbs
1/3 of a cup of Parmesan cheese
Butter or Oil
1/2 a cup of Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
To make home made chicken tenders what’s required primarily of course chicken breast fillets. Cut them up to the size of your liking. Then what’s needed is beaten up eggs (2-3), some plain flowers and some crumb mix. Now take a bowl and mix first mix bread crumbs 1 cup to be exact then mix third of a cup cornflakes crumbs. Now you can either buy corn flakes and you can just break them up in a plastic bag with a roller or something or you can just buy them ready made from the market to speed up the process. And then mix one third of a cup of Parmesan cheese. Now mix all these up with hand.
Now let’s prepare the chickens to finally cook. First you need to role the chicken into the flower then into the stirred egg and finally into the crumb mix. Make sure to role the chicken properly that the mixture reaches to the whole part of every piece. Repeat the process of rolling and mixing for all the chicken pieces. Put the pieces in a plate. When all the chickens are crumbed they are ready to go for the cooking.
Throw some butter or oil in a pan in medium heat. When the butter has melted around the pan or the oil is heated place the chicken pieces into the pan. Turn them over after 2-3 minutes and repeat that process if they are not quit cooked but they should be cooked in about 5 minutes. When they are done place them into a plate and better start making a dipping sauce because you know fried foods are incomplete without some dainty mouthwatering sauce.
What you need for the little dipping sauce is half a cup of mayonnaise and 2-3 table spoon of sweet chili sauce. Put them into a cup and mix them with a spoon. You can also use other ingredients instead of mayonnaise.
Finally what you get is one plate full of sapid savory chicken tenders with your own made delicious dipping sauce. Happy Eating!Publisher: Fadiyah Sameh
