By default Windows 10 downloads updates directly from your PC and shares with other computers on your network.
This is a feature you should disable to conserve your bandwidth.
To do this:
1. Click Start -> Settings
2. In the Settings, click Update & Security
4. Click Advanced Options
5. Click Choose how updates are delivered
6. Check PCs on my local network if you want your computer to update other computers in your local network
OR Turn off the peer-to-peer update all together.
The default option PCs on my local network and PCs on the internet will use your bandwidth to update other computers on the cloud which are not yours.Publisher: abdirahman isse
