Let’s see what are the fruits that are of vital importance and everyone must include them on their diet.

Apples are the most healthy and tasty fruits ever. It’s like a package of some multivitamin supplements so instead of taking those artificial supplements eat an apple. Apples have dietary fibre, potassium, vitamin C, B vitamins, vital minerals i.e., calcium zinc and iron.

Bananas are also very nutritious and mostly liked by everyone. It contains vitamin C, manganese, potassium, dietary fiber, protein, magnesium, folate, vitamin A, riboflavin, niacin and a little bit iron.

Cherries are full of nutrients and become a good choice of the healthy diet. It contains antioxidants, sodium, potassium, carbohydrate, vitamin A and vitamin C.

They are also known as plums. Its best known for curing constipation and disease prevention. Its nutrition facts are Potassium, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, sugar, protein, vitamin A, calcium, iron vitamin B-6 and magnesium.
